Severe phobia of dentists

Hi, I am writing on behalf of my Mother, she has severe phobia of dentists so much so she has not been to a dentist in over twenty years. Her teeth are now in very bad condition and she finds it affects her every day life. I was just wondering if you would be able to help with this phobia.
