I would like a smile makeover but I am scared of the dentist

My teeth are in a bad state due to severe anxiety preventing me from seeing a dentist for several years. Most of my teeth have broken down badly to roots and are no longer any good as teeth and I have been told that I need to have all of these removed and have dentures. I dont want to have dentures because I am only 43 and been looking at having a smile makeover with dental implants. However I dont know how I will be able to have surgery with my level of anxiety.
