Petrified of the drills

Please, I need to find a dentist as soon as possible.

I have a raging toothache in 1 very loose tooth and several other loose ones as well. I only have a total of 11 teeth left and I want them all taken out.

My problem is that I am petrified of the drills, albeit a totally irrational fear. I always used to have twilight or iv, but I understand that this is no longer available.

Can you help me please. I can't take the pain much longer
