I went to the dentist for a root canal three days ago and I was expecting the dentist to put a filling in afterwards but he didnít. I am worried that the tooth is going to get infected against because it only has a crown over the top of it, no filling inside. He didnít mention what he was doing and obviously I couldnít see while he was doing it and then he said afterwards that there was no filling. I was a bit shocked because I have had a root canal done at another dentist and he put a filling in as well as a crown.
Is this right? Has the dentist done something wrong here? Should I go back and have a word with him?
