    Default Root canal before traveling

Unfortunately I have another root canal planned for December 20th. I'll be flying out of town to see family for Christmas on December 22nd. I heard once that the pressurized cabins on planes can cause pain for those who have just had serious dental work. Is it true? If so, is two days enough time to recover and fly?

Patients that need root canal treatment could experience toothache during flights which at times can be severe. I would try to complete any dental treatments well before flying or take some painkillers with yourself in case pain arises during flight.
