Wink root canal failure constant pain

    Thank you for your post.

Without seeing you clinically its difficult for me to say what is causing your pain. Root canals can fail and they are root filled teeth are not the best teeth for bridge abutments.

Your pain could be caused by:

    1. your bridge changing your bite and causing pain from a bite point of view. You may need to have your dental bridge adjusted from a bite point of view or have a temporary bridge for a while.

    2. Neuralgic pain.

    3. Root canal failure.

    4. Gum irritation and pain as a result of splinting many teeth together with a bridge.

    5. There are other causes of pain as well but probably less likely that the ones mentioned above.

I am sorry that I cant be more specific but without seeing your bridge and teeth its very difficult to me more precise.
