Financing dental treatment

I have been told by my dentist that I need three root canals and probably four crowns on my molars and two crowns on my front teeth due to problems with decay on these teeth. My dentist says he does not do complex root canal treatment because he does not have enough experience of doing such work, so he has recommended that I find a dentist who can do complex root canal treatment. However knowing that I need a lot of work doing, I know that the costs of such dental treatment will be very high. Could you tell me if you there are any options for financing dental treatment in your clinic? Also do you do complex root canal work at pearl?
