difficult root canal

Dear Sir

I noticed a lump on the gum next to one of my back teeth around 2 weeks ago. I saw my own NHS dentist last week and he explained to me that the tooth is dead and needs to be root filled.

He said that the root canal is difficult to do and I must see a root canal specialist for the job. I saw the root canal specialist today and he quoted a price for the work well above what I can afford.

Are you able to do this root canal for me? I will need a weekend appointment as I work full time during the week.
