Clear fixed braces

Hi

I have mildly spaced teeth that my orthodontist says he can bring together with clear fixed braces to make them sit next to each other and be more straight. We planned to start the treatment from next month.

I recently found out that there is also Invisalign invisible aligners that could I suppose be used to close these gaps. Although my orthodontist did mention that this option was available.

I would like to know if I go for Invisalign would it be able to close the spaces between my teeth or would I be better off with clear fixed braces? If it can close the gaps, would I be able to whiten my teeth at the same time?

Invisalign can close gaps between teeth but this will depend on the amount of spacing, the position of the teeth and how much the teeth are already sticking out. We would need to see you to assess your case and then we can advise you if invisalign is more suitable or fixed braces to close the gaps. If you are more suitable for fixed braces than invisible aligners your case is best treated by an orthodontist.

The invisalign video will show us and you how much of the gaps can be closed. This is part of the invisalign treatment and takes about 1 month to recieve.
