Twisted tooth

My top left side canine tooth is twisted and for years I have been considering getting this tooth pulled into its correct position but due to financial problems, I have put this treatment off. However I am getting married next year and would like my teeth to be perfect and white. I have seen a dentist who says that only metal braces can fix twisted teeth but I cant afford to have metal braces on my teeth because my job involves speaking to costumers face to face. Is it possible to straighten a twisted tooth with Invisalign and how long would it taken?
