    Red face Prominent chin

    Hi

I am 32 years old and hate the way my chin is prominent and would like it pulled back so that its not so obvious. I have heard that its possible to reduce a prominent chin with braces and I wish to have the invisible ones so that everything is done discreetly. How long does it take to reduce a prominent chin with Invisalign? How many times would I need to come to see the dentist in total? How successful is the treatment of my condition with Invisalign? Do I have any alternative options?

Invisalign treatment corrects teeth position and it can not correct jaw length/position. If you wish to correct a prominent chin, you will need surgery and this is outside the scope of what Invisalign or brace treatment can do. You will need to see a Maxillofacial surgeon if you wish to have your chin prominence changed.
