Will Invisalign animations always be achieved?

Hi

I have crowded teeth which have always bothered me and I have decided to get them straightened using Invisalign. I saw a dentist who did some Invisalign animations for my teeth and said that Invisalign could close all the gaps between my teeth. I saw another dentist who did not do any animations but said that the gaps cant be closed with Invisalign. So I am confused. Am I right in assuming that Invisalign animations can always be achieved or is that not the case?

Invisalign animations are a good guide to the final Invisalign results. There is no guarantee that the results will 100% match the animations but the results are likely to be close to the animations.

If the end results dont match the animations well, we usually do Invisalign refinements to try to achieve the animations predicted results.
