I would like a smile that I can show off

I am 23 years old and would really like to get a smile i can show off. I had a removeable nasty looking brace when i was in school i always took it off and never used it.

The part that says that you have your new brace to insert each two weeks, I am in the royal navy on the submarines so i go away for around 4 months at a time underwater. Do you think your brace would still work?

Invisalign is a clear removeable brace system which uses a series of plastic aligners to gradually move the teeth to there ideal position and create the beautiful smile. The plastic aligners are changed every 2 weeks and each aligner should be worn for around 22 hours a day. The invisalign dentist usually needs to see you once every 4-6 weeks to provide 2 or 3 new aligners. If you are seen once a month, 2 aligners will be provided and if seen every 6 weeks, 3 aligners would then be provided.

Seeing the invisalign dentist once every 4 months would not be practical or possible and the invisalign treatment most probably would not work well. The only suggestion I can give is that if you have on board a dentist who is trained in invisalign then it can be done. The dentist on board would see you when necessary when you are underwater and we would see you once every 4 months.
