Is Refinement included in the Invisalign price quoted?

Hi

I am considering getting Invisalign treatment to correct my protruded front teeth and I have been doing some research on the Invisalign treatment.

As I understand it, sometimes near the end of the Invisalign treatment, refinement becomes necessary to fine tune the end results and make the smile perfect. Apparently without refinement the results would not be as good looking.

At one place that I went for consultation, I was told that if refinement becomes necessary, I will be charged additionally every time I need to have refinement carried out.

I would like to know if refinement and the impressions for refinement are included in your Invisalign quote or will I be charged extra every time my Invisalign treatment requires refinement?

With all orthodontic appliances, it may necessary to perform some refinement near the end of treatment to fine tune and complete. Invisalign indicate that 20-30% of cases do require doctors to perform some refinement. In my experience this is higher and most cases require refinement to complete.

Occasionally for refinement new PVS impressions are taken and submitted at some point during or near the end of treatment. At Pearl we do not charge extra for refinement and the invisalign price quoted at the consultation is the total price you pay.
