Will I be charged extra for OPG X-rays during Invisalign treatment?

Hi

I have been to see a dentist in Central london and he quoted a price for the Invisalign treatment but later on added extra costs for OPG Xrays and said that these costs are separate to the costs quoted for the Invisalign treatment.

I am upset that I went for the consultation, believing that the price quoted was all inclusive but now been told that all the X-rays taken are charged at an additional £50 each.

Could you tell me if you include all the costs of the X-rays in your original Invisalign quote or do you charge extra for X-rays once the treatment begins?

Following the free invisalign consultation at Pearl, an invisalign quote for your treatment is given. This quote is the total cost of your invisalign tratment with no additional charges or hidden costs. The price quoted includes all orthodontic records including the opg x-ray, refinement aligners and the retainers. Some practises charge extra for these which can increase the treatment cost significantly. Secondly the cost of the treatment can be spread over the duration of the treatment which is 1 year on average. This makes invisalign treatment more affordable.

The cost of invisalign starts from £1450 and depends on the severity of the case. Generally cases are divided into mild, moderate and severe. We can offer you a very competitive price for invisalign and appointments are available evenings and weekends.
