Crooked smile

Hi

I wonder if you could help me, I have a very crooked smile, my top two front teeth stick out and i have a few at the front on the bottom set which overlap each other.
I have recently visited a cosmetic dentist near to me and was told by the orthodontist i would need jaw surgery as well as braces. The braces i don't mind but the surgery i just cannot afford the cost, i was wondering if there were any other options for me to consider.

From what you are telling me your case is complex which is why a combination of surgery and orthodontics has been advised by the orthodontist.

Patients with severe skeletal discrepancies sometimes require surgery to correct the bite and alignment of the teeth. Orthodontic treatment alone without surgery would be a compromise.
