Fast braces

Hello

I'm interested in getting braces to straighten my teeth. I have seen on your videos that Invisalign clear braces are very discreet and can straighten my teeth quickly without anyone noticing that the braces are on my teeth.

My daughter had train track braces a couple of years ago and for while I was thinking about getting them to straighten my teeth but the thought of smiling in meetings with train tracks in business meetings worries me a little bit.

I guess the determining factor in deciding which system to go for, between the metal braces and Invisalign would be which would do the treatment faster. I really want fast braces because I would like the whole thing finished as soon as possible. Could you let me know which would be the faster brace system?

It is hard to say which brace system would be faster in your case having not seen your teeth. Each case varies and generalisations can be made, the average invisalign case takes 1 year but it can take as little as 5 months. Traditional braces can take upto 2 years to complete, but some cases can be completed much quicker.

Moving teeth too fast can cause irreversible damage to the roots and some brace systems are too aggressive and are not advised.

The invisalign video which costs £325 will determine the treatment time and a experienced orthodontist can tell you how long traditional braces will take. With this information you can then decide. The advantage of the invisalign brace system is its nearly invisible so its hardly noticeable and its removable so you can remove them in meetings.
