Goofy teeth

Hi

My friends tease me because I have two front goofy teeth that have always stuck out a bit. I was offered braces when I was younger but did not see the point of treatment back then. Now I don't want to wear braces at work and want something that could correct my goofy teeth and be discreet.

Can Invisalign clear braces move goofy teeth back and make them stand out less? How long will the whole treatment take to complete?

The short answer to your question is YES invisalign can correct goofy teeth (also known as protruded teeth) and make them stand out less.

The amount of correction possible will depend on your bite and the amount of space currently present to move the front teeth back into. If space is limited then some improvement can be achieved by filling the front teeth, also known as interproximal reduction. This procedure is pain-free and requires no local aneasthesia in my experience.

The average invisalign case takes 12 months however simple cases can be completed in 6 months and more complicated cases can take much longer.
