Smile How long do Invisalign aligners need to stay in per day?

I am considering having Invisalign to close a few gaps between my teeth. I would like to know how long do Invisalign trays need to stay in my mouth each day?

Can I remove them when I am sleeping at night? Can I remove the trays when I am eating and drinking?

Post How long do Invisalign aligners need to stay in per day?

Invisalign aligners should be worn around the clock except for those times when the patient is eating or brushing. It is expected that you will be wearing the aligners on the order of 22 hours per day. each aligner needs to be worn approximately 300 hours
