Am I an invisalign candidate?

I'm 19 and need braces, but because I am always in social situations I don't want obvious braces and really want invisalign.
However, my teeth are crooked and one of my canines is higher than it should be, like in this picture Google Image Result for http://www.drkenworthy.com/images/B_010.jpg

is it still possible to have invisalign treatment with teeth like that?
