teeth moved back after braces

I am 23 years old when i was 14 i had train tracks bracs and a retainer for about a period of 12-18 months. however over the years my teeth have moved back to how they were before.

At this age an invisible brace is my only option , what are the chances that they will move back as they are expensive?
