Invisalign done abroad

I need to have my teeth straightened and I found a very attractive offer in Hungary. Apart from the cost, which is lower there, is there any difference between UK treatment and the one done abroad?

Invisalign is a patented brand which is only available thorugh one source (Align Technology) based in the United States.

The difference that can arise, is from the experience of the Dentist performing the treatment. Also, to ensure a successful outcome, our Dentists feel strongly that regular appointments with an Invisalign Dentist are required usually every 4 - 6 weeks during Invisalign treatment. You may want to take this in to account when considering treatment abroad, as you may need at least 6 - 8 visits there and back. This does not include possible extra visits if you require refinement towards the end of your treatment. In cases where you may have accidentally broken or lost an aligner, it may also be difficult for that Invisalign Dentist to manage from abroad.

Otherwise if you are happy to make the visits and if you have found an Invisalign Dentist in Hungary with a good level of experience with successful outcomes, then it should not be a problem.
