Finance for invisalign

Please tell me what are the available payment plans for Invisalign, as i would like to start immediately, if I can get finance approval...

At Pearl Dental Clinic we offer our patients different schemes for finance. You can have the cost of your Invisalign treatment spread over 12-24 or 36 months with free interest or over more than 3 years, but then we will apply a small interest.

i am interested in getting the invisalign done asap, however the only issue is i do not have a good credit history to qualify for credit (just in case)..
i would like to know is there any possibility that i do a pay as I go method, i mean every time i visit each 4-6 weeks i can pay a set fee upon my visit for consultation & the full payment can be settled throughout the treatment spreaded and i can afford this.

what is your opinion on this please ? let me know, many thanks.
