My gums bleed when i remove my invisalign trays, can anything be done?

I had my Invisalign trays fitted about a month ago and now I am on my third Invisalign tray. I find that my gums bleed when I try to remove my invisalign trays especially the lower one. I have tried to use a mouthwash everyday but my gums still bleed. When I am wearing my trays, there is no pain or bleeding, however when I try to remove my trays, the bleeding begins. Is the bleeding due to a problem with my gums or is it caused by Invisalign trays being too tight on my gums?

If your gums bleed when you remove your Invisalign trays, it could be due to plaque around your teeth accumulating and causing gum inflammation. So you may have to see your dentist for cleaning. Sometimes the Invisalign tray catches the gum on removal and bleeding is caused by trauma. If thats the case the aligner can be eased back in that region by your dentist.
