Thumbs up My bite is damaging my gums

    Hello

My top front teeth angle inwards and my bite is very deep and has resulted in the tip of my top front teeth damaging my lower jaw gums and it has left red marks on my lower jaw gums. I try to keep the area very clean but I am worried that long term this area is going to get even worst. I also hate the way my front teeth look, so angled inwards and also very stained. Could you tell me if its possible with Invisalign to straighten my top front teeth so that they could look better and not touch my bottom jaw gums and stop the gum damage?

Wink My bite is damaging my gums

If your top front teeth are angled inwards, its probable that you have a class 2 divsion 2 incisor relationship. This incisor arrangement could result in soft tissue damage and if thats the case, it needs to be treated to prevent further soft tissue damage.

Invisalign can treat Class 2 division 2 incisor relationships and improve the aesthetics of your upper front teeth and importantly stop the soft tissue damage. Please call the Pearl dental clinic reception team to book an Invisalign appointment for us to give you an accurate treatment plan.
