Red face Can Invisalign push my canine out of crossbite?

    Hi

My top front teeth are very discoloured and have large fillings and I have always been thinking about putting porcelain veneers on them to cover up their discolouration and colour. Now that I have saved up for porcelain veneers my own dentist says that he will not do them because my lower canine is in crossbite and it will probably break the top veneer. So I would like to know if Invisalign can push my lower canine out of crossbite so that I could have porcelain veneers on my top teeth.

Thumbs up Can Invisalign push my canine out of crossbite?

    Thank you for your question.

Generally speaking, Invisalign can correct crossbite on a canine tooth effectively. However like with all clinical situations we would need to see you before we can confirm this.
