Can I eat with my invisalign braces in?

Hi

I have recently had invisalign trays fitted and they fit my teeth really snugly and are great. I dont think that people even know that I am wearing invisalign braces.

Could you tell me if I can wear my invisalign trays when I am eating or should I be taking them out. I remember my dentist said that I drink with the trays in my mouth but did not mention about eating.

Thank you for your question. You should not eat with your Invisalign braces in your mouth as they can become distorted and stained. You can drink water but please dont drink cola, orange juice, wine, ... as they will stain the aligners.
