milk tooth did not come out

Hope you are well. I wear braces since last Novemeber. The reason: my milk tooth (23 left) did not want to come down, so now it is being pulled down into its place. I have had one successful surgery this year. However, although the bracket is still on, the little chain just came off it. So, this is an emergancy and I think I need to have this done asap. Is there any chances that I could see a surgeon this week?

Also, I have started my treatment in different country, and now I wish to continue on it here. Therefore, I wish to know the price for it, both surgery, and monthly orthodontic visits. I understand it will be better if you see me first and then you will be able to answer my query. However, I am just asking about the estimated initial price, and I am aware it may change a bit.

The cost of your treatment will depend on the complexity of the case and the number of orthodontic visits it will take to complete. Your case can only be treated with conventional braces and not with invisalign.
