Partial Denture

Hi

I have a partial denture which I have been wearing for nearly two years since I lost my front tooth. Initially the denture was very tight but as time has gone on, its become looser and looser and now I have to use denture glue to keep it in.

Can you tell me if there is anything that I could do to keep my partial denture from falling out when I am eating and speaking.

Thank you for your post. A loose partial denture may need a reline and your dentist should be able to provide that if necessary. Also with partial dentures that have clasps, sometimes the clasps dont engage as well as before and they may need to be adjusted by a dentist.

Otherwise if the denture is still loose, you may need a denture remake.
