Hello

Hi,
Thank you for your question.
There can be many reasons for your crown to keep coming off. One can be the they way your teeth come together, in otherwords what us dentist refer to as occlusion. If your bite is not adjusted correctly when the teeth come together and related to teeth movement, then excess load can be placed on your crown which causes it to debond and come off. In these cases your bite has to be corrected and adjusted on the crown.
The other reason can be that there is little tooth is remaining underneeth the crown to retain the crown. So there is little tooth remining to support the crown and hence the crown keep coming off.In these cases if possible more substance needs to be added to the tooth ,referred to as core build up in dentistry.
The other factor can be that the way the tooth was preped for the retaion of crown is not very satisfactory and it is not able to retain the crown. In these cases the tooth may need to be re-preped and new impression to be taken for a new crown to be made.
