Red face What is a Valplast denture?

    Hi

I have been wearing a top denture for the past ten years. I have three missing teeth at the front which a dentist extracted after they became loose about ten years ago and since then to cover the gap, I have been wearing a plastic denture. My other teeth are a ok as far as I know but my denture is loose and I have to use denture glue to keep it in.

I don't like using denture glue, because its very messy. On the net, I have come across valplast dentures which I understand dont need denture glue. Can you tell me a bit more about valplast dentures and would valplast dentures be suitable for my case.

Cool What is a Valplast denture?

    Hi

Thank you fo your post. A valplast denture is a flexible, strong and durable plastic denture that sits comfortably into place around existing natural teeth and gums.

The plastic used in valplast dentures is so strong that the denture made can be very thin, eliminating that heavy, bulky feeling that makes wearing conventional acrylic and metal dentures so unpleasant for the patients.

The colour, shape and design of Valplast Flexible dentures blends in well with the natural appearance of the patients gums, making the valplast denture virtually invisible.

The valplast denture usually becomes more flexible once it is soaked in warm water and can then be placed into the mouth and at that point it takes the shape of the gap in the mouth and becomes less flexible and more firmly attached to the neighbouring teeth and gums.
