    Default Fluoride and teeth

My nephew moved to the country and they have no fluoride in their well. What needs to be done so their children grow up with healthy teeth. His wife says they don't need to do a thing. I say they need fluoride. She doesn't take them to the dentist, either, and I'm embarrassed to tell my dentist my nephew won't take his kids to the dentist. I'm just the intruding old geezer.

Children need to see a dentist regularly as childrens teeth are prone to tooth decay and if the diet and sugar control and oral hygiene is not perfect, dental decay can set in and cause toothache. So doing nothing is not a good option as children teeth need to be checked and action taken when necessary.
