    Default Varying toothpastes

Is there a benefit to switch the different kinds of toothpastes, much like varying the shampoos we use on our hair? I have sensitive teeth, but I also use a toothpaste to help cut down on plaque. Is there anything to gain by using both kinds of toothpaste throughout the week? By both I mean toothpaste for sensitivity and for lessening plaque.

I am not aware of any evidence on this. I am a big fan of using high fluoride toothpaste because its very anti-decay and protects teeth from tooth decay.
