    Default Replacing old fillings.

    I have a lot of old fillings that are black and noticeable when I smile. Is it possible to have them replaced with white fillings and would it be available on the NHS?

    Replacing silver fillings with white fillings on cosmetic grounds only is possible privately but to my knowledge, without clinical justification its not possible to do this under the NHS.
