Default can I save my right back molar please help!!

    Help ....

I have had a bad tooth ache like pain in my right arm, which I have had for 3 months which coincides with withy the decay in the tooth last back right molar in which decay set in between the base of the tooth and the crown, there is now appearing a drainage canal small hole at the side of the gum.

I was originally seeing a local dentist and then she referred me to her colleague and he spent two appointments debating with me in the chair , I feel he has taken my comments personally ie I am opposed to almalgam etc when this was not my intention, I have waited 3 months, during this time they referred me to hospital to get a 3 D x ray which showed two teethe lying in the gum behind the molar, I feel they have been unnecessarily delaying treatment and that the decay is somehow connected to the ache in my right arm/shoulder but this is just an intuitive sense . They then said they wouldn't treat me so I had to find another dentist.

I have since re registered with another dental practice locally and they have taken quick x rays and they say that there may be some decay lower in the tooth and there is root re absorption and the tooth needs extracting, that any other treatment won't work .

I am desperate to save the tooth but also feel I do not want to wait another 3 weeks for this , I have waited 4 months allready I am still sure the tetany symptoms in my right arm are connected , there is very little pain with the actual tooth which is odd, what to do I have recently become excited about alternative treatments re mineralization etc but is it too late and if it is then I want this all to end sooner rather than later

    Please advise.

    Thank you for your post.

It sounds like that this is a very difficult case that would need actual clinical assessment by a specialist before any advice can be given as xrays would need to be seen and clinical tests carried out.
