    Hello Fabrizio,

Vitamin D is essential for strong bones. Inadequate vitamin D can lead to osteoporosis, a brittle bone disease. Osteoporosis is a common bone disorder that causes a progressive loss in the bone density. This results in the bones becoming weakened and easily fractured. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect body tissues from damage caused by unstable substances called free radicals. Vitamin E soothing oil is applied to the gums after laser teeth whitening when the bleaching agent has made contact with the gum.

To strengthen teeth daily use of a fluoride toothpaste is strongly recommended. Fluoride promotes tooth remineralisation and can make a tooth more resistant to tooth decay. Fluoride can also reduce oral bacteria's ability to create acids. A very good fluoride toothpaste is Colgate Duraphat 2800. For sensitive teeth a desensitising toothpaste like Sensodyne F should be used daily.
