    Wink temporary dentures

Hi. I've had temporary dentures for over a year as my dentist insists on having my five remaining lower teeth out before she agrees to permanent ones.

I'm very reluctant as although I agree that there are both bone loss and gum problems, I can still manage to eat most foods and I'm afraid that once there remaining teeth are gone I won't be able to. Of course many people do manage, every day, but I wonder whether this way is more for her benefit and financial consideration than for my well being. I know that's a hard thing to say, but I'm sure that limitations by NHS funding do have some bearing on results? I am, therefore, considering the private option as my appearance and speech have definitely been affected and since I'm relatively still young (48) I'd like to see what could be done to improve my situation.

I'd appreciate it if you could provide a very general estimate for both upper and lower full dentures. (I understand that it would be just an estimate as they may be other unforeseen things that need doing,) 1 many thanks for your time and attention.

    Lightbulb temporary dentures

    Thank you for your post.

Our apologies, but naturally, we cannot comment on whether or not the
lower teeth that you mention are viable or do have to be extracted, as we
have not seen you clinically as yet.

In regards to a Denture, for a full set of top and botton dentures the
prices would range between £800 - £1500 depending on the type of Dentures
you needed or opted for, and also the number of teeth it is being used to
replace. Our Dentist will be able to give you a precise estimate upon
assessment. 0% finance options are also available if you would like to
spread the cost of your treatment over monthly affordable payments.

If you would like to arrange an appointment for initial assessment, please feel free to contact our reception team on the number below.

    Appointments are available 7 days a week between 9 a.m till 9 p.m.
