A dot on my tooth

I have had increasing pain in one of my bottom teeth and now the pain is spreading in all the area (teeth and jaw on that side). There is a grey dot on that tooth and I think now it is catching the nerve, which is causing me real pain.

I am coming to London tomorrow for a couple of days and I plan to see you for the emergency. Can you tell me if it is possible to see the emergency dentist?
