Currently I have a dental bridge on my front that has metal underneath and my gums have shrunk a little and the metal underneath the bridge now shows when I smile. I have been thinking about getting a replacement dental bridge but I want a zirconium dental bridge this time because I don't want a repeat of this problem in future. I have seen pictures of Zirconium bridges and they seem to be white in colour inside. Could you tell me if Zirconium dental bridges are just as good as the standard dental bridges with metal inside them and how long do these dental bridges usually last?
