Cost of dental bridges

I have a three tooth dental bridge that was made on the NHS around 10 years ago and since then the porcelain on the bridge has come off and left the metal underneath showing.

I have seen my nhs dentist to have the bridge replaced. But he says due to my bite being complex, he does not specialize in complex dental bridge work and has recommended that I see a dental bridge specialist for this new dental bridge.

Before I see him, I would like to know how much a new three tooth bridge would cost with you and do you have the skills to do it. I am worried that costs will be high if I see a specialist and rather have this dental bridge done well without seeing a specialist if that is possible.

We do carry out dental bridge work for patients, not routinely as dental bridges are losing popularity due to dental implants but we still provide dental bridges for our patients from time to time. A three unit dental bridge would cost in the region of £1200-£1500 depending on materials and complexity.
