How do I look after my dental bridge?

Hi

I had a dental bridge fitted last month and the dentist said that I must brush my teeth twice a day and not eat too much sugary food in order for my bridge to last longer.

However over the last few weeks I have been trying hard to keep my bridge clean and I find it very hard to get the food that traps underneath it out from beneath the bridge using my brush. My floss cant go underneath the bridge however hard I try to push it underneath the bridge and its very frustrating.

I have bought a very fine brush with really fine tip but even that brush cant fully get underneath my bridge and I am worried that food debris is accumulating underneath my dental bridge.

Could you tell me if you know of any methods that I could use to clean underneath my bridge because I paid a lot of money for it and would like to keep it for as long as possible.

You can clean underneath a bridge using Tepe brushes or Superfloss both of which are designed in a way that can go underneath bridge false teeth.

Its important to clean underneath a bridge daily to remove any accumulated plaque and food debris and prevent gum damage and tooth decay.
