Default Does flying affect dermal fillers?

I recently red an article about an actress that had a load of dermal fillers/botox injections and then got on a plane, when she landed apparently her face was all messed up because of the changes in air pressure well, that’s what her agent blamed it on anyway! Is this really to blame or are they just making excuses for her overdoing it with face fillers?

Ive got an appointment for a similar treatment next week and then Im flying to Australia a week later, is this enough time between the two because I will cancel my treatment if there is a risk of my face getting mashed up. I’ve never heard of anything like this before, is it a recent development or have I just been totally oblivious to it for the past couple of years? Isn’t the doctor/dentist supposed to point something like that out before they let you leave the surgery?

Allowing a week after the treatment is enough time for things to settle and you should be able to fly one week after dermal filler treatment. Its always best not to fly off straight after any treatment, because complications can arise and you need to be in the same town as your dentist/doctor for follow-up review if needed.
