Line on top Lip - unsightly

I have a line on my top lip which I think was caused by the fact that I am very nearsighted and I was always screwing up my face to see properly. It runs for about 1/2 an inch down from the side of my nose right into my lip. Is it possible for Botox to fix this kind of major line? I'd like to give it a try, as it makes me look angry all the time which puts off customers. I work in retail sales and dealing with customers every day is a given.
