broken roots after extraction

Hi

I had terrible toothache last week and I when saw my dentist, he recommended extraction of one of my back teeth. He tried to extract the tooth but I think it was a difficult tooth to remove. He was not able to fully remove the roots and so he referred me to a local hospital for the rest of the extraction.

Unfortunately the hospital do not have any appointment availability for a few weeks. The roots are hurting now and I would like the rest of them removed ASAP. Do you have any availability and do you have the expertise to remove broken roots?
