    Red face Emergency dentist

    Hello

I have had toothache all through friday and the weekend from my bottom molar tooth. The tooth seems to hurt almost constantly and I can only stop the pain by swishing cold water through my mouth. The water only works for about 15 seconds and then the pain starts all over again.

I have tried all sorts of pain killers and none of them seem to be able to do anything for me and so now I am at my wits end and would like the tooth removed or something done to it to stop the pain instantly.

I will finish work at 6pm today, will your emergency dentist be able to see me after work today? Do you think he/she will actually be able to treat the tooth considering that its probably very infected? If he can work on the tooth, what sort of treatment do you think my tooth needs?

    Default Emergency dentist

    Thank you for your post.

The emergency dentist will be able to see you today after work. He will need to assess your tooth to see what sort of treatment it needs. Usually we can start active treatment on the day unless you are unable to open your mouth due to severe infection.

You can book an appointment with the emergency dentist 24 hours a day on 0208 547 9997 or for more details see the emergency dentist page.
