Dental problems

Hi

My teeth are in a mess and I am worried that my dental problems are getting worst. Last night I had really bad toothache and was unable to sleep most of the night due to the severe pain from my wisdom tooth.

In the past when ever I have had dental problems, I have taken antibiotics and painkillers and for a while, the pain usually disappeared. However this time, the toothache is so severe and the painkillers are not working at all and I am scared that this is going to get even worst than this.

Could you please let me know, if you are able to see me after work and would I be able to have my dental treatment under sedation? I will probably need a wisdom tooth extraction and a few fillings.
