    Angry wisdom teeth painkillers

    Hi

My top wisdom teeth are coming through and both are hurting pretty badly. I have tried paracetamol and listerine mouthwash but both of them don't seem to be doing much to help. Do you of any better wisdom teeth painkillers than the one that I am using at the moment?

    Post wisdom teeth painkillers

    Hi Verity

Thank you for your post. The best wisdom teeth painkillers would be a NSAID such as Neurofen plus subject to you having no medical contraindications and allergies.

If the wisdom teeth pain persists, you should consider seeing a dentist to assess the reasons behind this pain. Wisdom teeth coming through can cause pain but this pain should settle down and if it is persistant it deserves further investigations.
