toothache- cant sleep at night

Hello

I have been having a severe throbbing pain from a tooth on the right side of my mouth for the past two nights. The toothache seems to be much worst at night and even though I have been taking many painkillers I am still in a lot pain and cant sleep at night. Is there anything that can be done to stop the toothache pain. Please help.
