    Default My teeth feel tight

My wisdom tooth is partially erupted on the bottom left of my mouth. For the last few days I've been getting pain all round the bottom of my jaw and teeth (on the left side). Also my teeth (bottom left round to front) feet really tight, as if they are being pushed together, andI have noticed that a couple have started to become more wonky than I can remember them being, as I have always had fairly straight teeth.

Obviously this is causing alot of discomfort during eating/brushing my teeth, and I'm having some trouble getting to sleep.

I've been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen, and these have dulled the pain, but my teeth still feel really tight.

Is this due to my wisdom tooth pushing all my teeth together or something else?
    What action should I take?

    thankyou.

    Hello

Wisdom tooth pain is quite common and more common in the ages of 18 to 25. If there is insufficient space for the wisdom tooth to erupt into the arch they can cause pain and infection. Recurrent infections of the wisdom tooth requires treatment usually by extraction of the tooth. There is also a possibility for the wisdom teeth to cause crowding in the arch although there is no 100% link between the two. Our clinic has experienced dentist in wisdom tooth assessment and a specialist in oral surgery should you wish to have a free consultation.
