Evening dentist

I need to have two wisdom teeth removed today, apparently there is not enough space in my jaws for both of these teeth and the top one is bitting on the gum around the bottom one and it really hurts.

My own dentist says they both need to come out and I agree with him but the problem is that he does not do wisdom teeth extractions and has referred me to a specialist in town. I cant take time off to go and see this guy and so I am looking for a specialist dentist that works evenings and removes wisdom teeth. Do you guys have such a service and how soon can these teeth be removed because they are really annoying me now and I cant carry on taking so many pain killers.
